At MedNote Tab, we value your privacy and give you full control over your personal information.
If you would like us to delete your account and all associated personal data, please fill out and submit the form below.

How to Request Data Deletion

1. Enter the email address or phone number linked to your MedNote Tab account in the form.

2. Click Submit to send your request to our support team.

3. Once we verify your details, we will permanently delete your personal data within 7 days.

4. Backup copies, if any, will be automatically removed within 90 days.

Note: Non-identifiable analytics data may be retained for improving our services, but it cannot be linked to your identity.
